52 l You can use this file throughout your PhD studies and update it every year, particularly when registering for the following year. l Once you have registered on ADUM, you should print out: – your registration certificate, – your registration form, – the doctoral charter, – the ethics charter, then sign them and have them countersigned by your thesis supervisor and the director of your research centre/team. l You will need these three signed documents for registration purposes. You can (and we recommend that you do so) send these documents by email to the administrative assistant in your doctoral school. l If you have any problems, you can contact the administrative assistant in your doctoral school for assistance. PLEASE NOTE This information will be reproduced exactly as it is when you are sent emails or to create your certificate. You should, therefore, take care when entering your personal details (as they appear on your identity documents) and the title of your thesis. You must keep this information up to date throughout your PhD studies.
